Trail Pass subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees and charges. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice.
6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Hiking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, death, property damage, and emotional distress. By using our trail guides and recommendations, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being. Harmonyforestpath provides guides as informational resources only. We do not guarantee trail conditions, safety, or suitability for any particular user. You assume all risks associated with outdoor activities and agree to hold harmless Harmonyforestpath, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Site or participation in activities described therein.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site, Content, and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or Content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or completeness. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express and implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harmonyforestpath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or cost of substitute goods or services, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Harmonyforestpath regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
